Outstanding Employee Awards

The Outstanding Employee Awards are presented annually by the Independents Section of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) to individuals who have shown excellence in individual performance, management skills, and customer relations, under their company's standards of finance management. These individuals are selected by their companies who are finance company members of the AFSA Independents Section. 

The awards will be presented during the "Champions Club Luncheon”, held on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at the Fairmont Hotel in Austin, TX. To see last year's winners click here.

Please note: The deadline is March 5th, 2019, and there is no voting process -- all nominees are WINNERS.

As part of the participation in the awards program, sponsoring companies agree to provide their Outstanding Employee Award recipients with a registration to the conference, travel and hotel costs. AFSA is pleased to provide a discounted registration rate of $725 for award nominees and a complimentary conference registration to the award recipient's spouse/companion. The company pays the travel expenses and hotel costs.
