SPEAKERS FROM 2018 CONFERENCE

Keynote

Brad Parscale, Campaign Manager, Donald Trump for President 2020; Founder, Parscale Strategy, LLC

Brad Parscale’s keen understanding of digital media put himself in an advantageous position, especially when he realized its huge potential before most organizations. As a country boy from Kansas, you wouldn’t expect him to become the Digital Director for the Donald Trump presidential campaign 2016, or be responsible for building a campaign that raised more money through small-dollar donations than any Republican presidential candidate in history.

Whether you know him as “Donald Trump’s Michael Bay,” “a secret weapon” or “the man with the viking beard” — Brad has redefined the way that campaigns are run and future elections are won.

Nicole Malachowski, First Female Thunderbird Pilot, Combat Veteran, Fighter Squadron Commander & White House Fellow/Advisor

While other high school students were practicing for their driver’s licenses, Nicole was accumulating flight time – she was sixteen years old when she took her first solo flight. A 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Colonel Nicole Malachowski (USAF, Ret.) wanted to fly military jets from the moment she saw them at her first air show when she was five years old. She achieved that goal – and then some. A leader, a combat veteran, the first woman pilot on the Thunderbirds Air Demonstration Squadron, an instructor, a White House Fellow, and an inductee into the Women in Aviation International Pioneer Hall of Fame, Nicole’s Air Force career exceeded her wildest dreams.
