  • F. Creating a Digital Branch Office
For lenders who rely on brick-and-mortar locations to serve customers, a roadmap towards operating a digital presence is an imperative. Decisions about how to embrace digitized business processes are particularly challenging. On the one hand, going digital offers increases in efficiency and scale with the added benefit of reaching consumers who prefer electronic communications. On the other hand, integrating new automation into legacy processes with traditionally trained personnel can be fraught with danger. Drawing on his deep experience guiding financial institutions through digital transformation, David Wind of DAW Partners LLC will walk us through the considerations consumer finance companies face when designing and implementing business models that flexibly leverage the best of both worlds: digital and person-to-person.
